An application developed specifically to find a cheap alternative to online client management and booking systems. This system allows access for individual practitioners who can manage their own details, such as work hours and holidays, while an administrator’s function allows access to all details to manage practice wide systems, such as number of rooms, client management, referrers. The system also incorporates the facility to integrate with an automated service for sending SMS reminders to the client’s mobile phone 24 hours ahead of their scheduled appointment, as well as automated thankyou and request emails for referrers. Automated invoicing, billing of Medicare, and accounts management is not included in this version, though the intention is to include it in future development when the client is ready.
