Provides data entry, enquiry and reporting facilities for various ‘specialised’ client based functions. It has both sending and receiving interfaces which connect it to various other hospital systems and outside agencies, using both legacy serial port communications and modern HL7 messaging systems. Reporting functions are configurable by the administrator so that individual departments and wards get their own tailored versions. Reports can be scheduled to be printed to a specific printer or sent as PDF via email to individuals or groups at prescribed times and intervals.
